Kaida Kaeval

With more than a decade-long success in building high-availability physical layer networks and solutions for the mission-critical service providers in the Baltics, Kaida provides a unique mix of a strong sales background, technical expertise and scientific approach. She has served as a technical lead in Baltic Optical Networks and Baltic Highway consortiums, driving network developments and novel service concepts from design to implementation, delivering record-breaking capacities since their launch. Today, she is dedicated to developing the optical spectrum as a service in ADVA and advocating for smart and scalable infrastructure solutions.

Kaida holds a Master's Degree (Cum Laude) in Telecommunications from Tallinn Technical University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D degree in Optical Spectrum as a Service in Disaggregated Transport Networks.
