Monika Kullberg

Monika is a psychologist working in cybersecurity. She is specialized in behavior design & organizational change. She has worked with leadership, transformations and crisis management for 15 years, but also for Doctors Without Borders in wars and disasters. She’s currently at H&M Group developing cybersecurity culture, behavior & competence. As 85 % of breaches in 2020 had a human component, helping people to stay safe on the Internet is a meaningful challenge.
