Carl Fredrik is a Deputy Director, Coordinator for Cyber and Tech Affairs. Between 2007 and 2009 he worked with ICT capacity building projects for UNDP and Sida in Rwanda, before joining the Ministry for Enterprise, Energy and Communications in 2009 to work on national and EU information society policy issues. He worked as a security policy analyst at the Swedish Armed Force before joining the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 2012 to focus on Internet freedom and development issues.
