Netnod comments on EU Commission Proposed Directive
The Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation in the Swedish Government has asked for comments on the by EU Commission Proposed Directive establishing the European Electronic Communications Code. Netnod has sent in comments (in Swedish).
The main comments are related to the difficulties Netnod see related to access of darkfiber as a wholesale product on non-discriminatory terms of the high quality needed so that it is possible for providers of services to build the services as robust as the society take for granted.
