Netnod is hiring an Account Manager

Netnod is a small Stockholm-based Internet company that has been operating at the core of the Internet for more than 20 years. Netnod is an operator of Internet exchange points in Sweden and Denmark, provider of DNS anycast and unicast services and operates one of the world’s thirteen DNS root name servers.

The company is growing, and we are now looking to strengthen the team with an account manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The account manager´s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business and actively seek new sales opportunities.

We believe that you are currently working within the Internet or technology industry and are familiar with Internet and other telco services. It would be an advantage if you have experience from a wholesale department at a network operator.

Key responsibilities

  • Account management for existing customer base

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities

  • Build and maintain a salespipe in our CRM system

  • Work together with marketing and product team internally

  • Develop and maintain our relationship with partners and resellers

  • Represent Netnod at events and conferences both in Sweden and abroad


Your profile

  • At least 3 year’s experience from a similar position showing measurable results within B2B sales

  • A drive for results

  • Experience in leading sales projects and working in a team

  • Experience from working within the Internet or technology industry

  • Networking and relationship building skills

  • Good technical knowledge and an interest to learn more

  • Good oral and written skills in English

  • Good knowledge of Swedish both oral and written (internal corporate language is Swedish)

  • Ability to travel Internationally up to 60 days per year depending on work



This position is located at our office in Stockholm.

This role reports directly to Head of Sales and Marketing.
